Sue Darling Biography

Real Estate is my full time career. I LOVE IT! I have been licensed since 1997. In 2003 I opened my own agency serving clients and customers with great success. In 2010 I decided to merge with CENTURY 21 Chesser Realty. I felt with my expertise and knowledge and their systems, tools and national brand it would be a win win. In 2007 I achieved the national designation of ABR(Accredited Buyer Representative). Buying a home is the largest financial transaction you may ever undertake, it’s probably also the most complex. By using an ABR® before you look for a home, you’ll be served, NOT sold. Your interests become my interests. I have gone the extra mile by completing specialized training in delivering the best in buyer-representation services. I have an established track record, with proven experience in representing the concerns of homebuyers.

I am a member of NYS Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Currently I am the Treasurer of the Otsego-Delaware Board of Realtors and in 2009 I was the Secretary of the Otsego-Delaware Board of Realtors. I like to volunteer in the community and recently have been taking classes with the Red Cross in preparation for a Disaster Action Team starting in our area. In 2008 I went with a group of 20 Realtors from NY to Slidel, Louisiana on a week-long build for Habitat, it was a great experience. I have lived in the Tri-Town area since 1979. I have 2 grown children, Gregory 24 and Jessica 26.
