Modernized classic priced to sell! Centrally located to the park, school, churches and post office. The back room is approximately 25' by 25' and has a elevated plywood floor over a concrete floor with drain. Off the back is a very small bathroom with a toilet and small sink. There is a door going into the center rooms and a door going into the front of the building. The front of this 25' x 66' room is the garage with two overhead doors and two exit doors. There is an attic over these rooms. The center of the building was a coffee shop in 2014. The first room was the customer area and is approximately 22' 3'' by 24' 10''. It features a stone floor and the walls are brick and knotty pine. It has a large store front window. It is heated by a gas wall heater and an a/c heater combo. There are smoke detectors hardwired and connected to each other. The back of the center section is the kitchen area. It measures 22' by 22'. The floor is concrete with a drainage. There is a three bay sink and mop sink and hand washing station. There is also a six burner commercial stove with large grill top and two ovens. There is an 6' by 45'' stainless steel hood with make up air and suppression system. This was installed in November 2013 by ABM Fire Equipment. The center area has one hour separation walls for fire codes. This fire protection walls are on both the east and west sides. Also the wall separating the two rooms on the east side have one hour separation walls for fire codes. The property was a thriving coffee shop in 2014 until it closed due to owner's health.
